  We have a spare parts store on our site having more than 5 000 items in stock to serve you with the best delivery times.
  We can offer maintenance support for SIMON FRÈRES machines of any generation, without any age limit (in the limit we still drawings for the relevant parts).
• Maintenance and overhauling of the whole machines:
  Our team of technicians are able to provide maintenance to SIMON FRÈRES machines which have been sold all over the world
• Technical advice and Audit on your industrial installation and process:
  To assist our customers in quality or process improvements, our technologist is able to perform an audit of the technological process and to issue a report with proposals for improvement.

A series of modifications are available for our existing machines which can bring about significant advantages in production. We can offer the following improvements:

• Churning
  It is possible to modify the churning section to make maintenance easier and improve performance (better temperature control) or clean-ability.
• Churning and working section motor drives
  Some machines are still equipped with speed variation by adjustable pulleys, which are difficult to maintain. We can then propose their replacement with speed invertors.
• Augers
  Stronger design with improved rigidity
• Buttermilk separation
  To improve the removal of the buttermilk we have replaced the old stainless steel mesh design filters with a much stronger, long lasting and rigid perforated stainless steel plate screen.
  We also developed a new residual butter grain recycling system that improves the recovery efficiency of butter fines.
• Working sections
  We can propose new chaffing rings and bearing rings, in order to facilitate maintenance and reduce replacement costs.
  It is also possible, depending of the machine generation, to add new seals to improve the sealing of working sections.
• Vacuum pump
  It is then possible to install a system enabling recycling of the vacuum pump water, avoiding permanent flow of water on the floor. In addition to substantial water savings, this system improves the environmental conditions in the workshop.
• General improvement
  Water tightness can be improved on old machines, which, with the addition of a spray ball cleaning, can improve the equipment cleaning and hygiene.
• Process upgrade
  Depending on the machine generation, we can upgrade your machine to improve the quality of the butter produced. To do that, we often implement a more efficient vacuum section which removes air included in butter and improves the texture.
