Fat softening

 
To feed the sandwiches or 'croques monsieur' lines, simon has designes a new machine. The running principle is as follows : the butter or margarine blocks are introduced in the feeding device of the MXT which crushes them and soften them thanks to the warm water circulation in the double jackets of the machine. The whole set is controlled by a PLC and is automatically CIPed.
