Overview of our Mixer range
Our mixing technology (MXT), drawn directly from our know-how in continuous butter production, is based on the use of counter-rotating Archimedes screws ensuring both excellent mixing and very good product transfer.
The MXP
kneading units allow continuous processing of pastes at the desired temperature and involving various types of ingredients (pastes, liquids, powders, markers, etc.).
Our latest development was produced in partnership with Air Liquide. This is a cryo-mixing machine, the Crust Flow Mix for fast cooling, texturing and shaping of products.
Our services include:
- Metering of the various ingredients
- Powder (DV type single-screw dosimeters)
- Liquid (metering station)
- Paste (feeders, silos, positive displacement pumps) - Temperature control using double casings to circulate heat-transfer fluids.
- Continuous mixing of the various ingredients
- Continuous kneading to produce BVP pastes
- Integration of the different systems in complete turnkey lines.
