Volumetric or Weighing Dosing Systems

The DV Dosing units enable high accuracy dosing of powder or dry inclusions with either volumetric or gravimetric depositors. These units are equipped with anit bridging feature and are usually installed on a pre-blending station frame closed to the blending units.


The dosing SKID enable grouping of weight and volumetric dosing units in small spaces (ATEX) for the preparation of PREMIX which is pre-blended prior to transport.
Transfer and dosing of premix are done by transport auger.
Transfer of powders can be done by pneumatic transport, (low pressure system).
